Standard Delivery
US guests in the continental United States are charged $7.95 for shipping.
Canadian guests and other guests outside of the Continental US should
use the Tradition Creek shipping estimator found in the shopping cart. If you
have questions about pricing or shipping, you should email info@traditioncreek.com.
We normally use the U.S. Postal service but may use other carriers depending
on the economic feasibility of it. We use U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes,
APO and FPO addresses. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped
together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise
amount per address.
In Stock Merchandise
Tradition Creek will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the
merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm
availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Guest Shipping
Tradition Creek reserves the right not to ship a product until we get authorization
from the buyer if there will be a higher cost for shipment, this is typically
when ordered a large number of products.
Product Shipping Reservations
Tradition Creek reserves the right not to ship products in accordance with
local, state, federal, and international law
Return Policy
Returns for products not covered by our wilderness quest guarantee are accepted
up to 45 days past the date of delivery. For an exchange, refund or credit,
send the package, with the below Returns Form, via UPS or insured U.S. Postal
Service to:

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 12 business days
for the return to be processed once we receive it. You must include the Return
Form (TCF03-00 Return
Form [PDF]).
Restocking Fee
Under certain circumstances, Tradition Creek, LLC reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for large quantity returns (returns where buyer is purchased and is returning over 20 - 30 of item sold.) Please note this when ordering large quantities.
Environmental Footprint Statement
Whether you are a backpacker, birder, forester or anyone else that is on our
site, chances are you love the outdoors, well we do too! Our environmental promise
is below:
- When economically viable we will use recyclable or recycled shipping materials
when sending our products to our guests. We will ask our vendors to do
the same.
- We understand the need for smart conservation. We will train our employees
to conserve our natural resources both at home and here at Tradition Creek.
- We will contribute either financially or otherwise to organizations we consider
to make a large impact on wilderness conservation.
Military Surplus
In accordance with federal law, genuine US military surplus can not be shipped outside of the United States. Military surplus in most cases is used and the buyer is purchasing the product with the understanding of this. While surplus is inspected by our staff, as long as the product is in “usable” condition, it will be added to our inventory. Blemishes, small holes, ink, dirt, and writing, will NOT disqualify a product from being added to our inventory. A guest should be aware of this when ordering.
